This is a 2-pound boule, soured and fermented for 16-24 hours before baking. Made with organic unbleached flour, our well water, Himalayan sea salt, my 3-year-old Sourdough starter, and just a tiny bit of our real Maple Syrup. Sourdough Bread is a 24 hour process, so it needs to be ordered 1-2 days ahead of time.
