Bulk Beef

Placing a bulk order (quarter, half, or whole beef) requires a non-refundable deposit. Final weight will only be available after the beef goes to the processor and you will get charged $5/lb on the hanging weight. Average hanging weights for quarters are 100-150 pounds; halves 200-300; whole 400-600 pounds.
