Raw milk has beneficial bacteria. It helps fight asthma, allergies, eczema, and digestive problems - among others. It contains all the enzymes your body needs to digest milk properly, so you don’t react to it. Raw milk from cows on pasture contains fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E and K. Don’t skim all of that luscious layer of cream off the top of the jar (despite how tempting it is)! You need it to absorb the vitamins in the milk.
